Enrique Acosta, DDS, MBA, is a board-certified pediatric dentist and healthcare executive who has been serving children and families across South Florida since 2005. He is the Founder and President of Pediatric Dental Centers of Florida (PDC), a multi-location pediatric dental and orthodontic organization focused on delivering consistent, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Dr. Acosta earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combining clinical training with formal education in management, finance, and organizational leadership. This dual background informs his approach to building healthcare organizations that balance clinical excellence with operational discipline and regulatory compliance.
Dr. Acosta sets the clinical standards, governance framework, and long-term strategy for Pediatric Dental Centers of Florida. He works closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment with PDC’s quality, compliance, and growth objectives.
