Pediatric Dental Centers Notice of non-discrimination.

Pediatric Dental Centers complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patients and ensuring that our services are accessible to individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.

In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Pediatric Dental Centers does not discriminate in the provision of dental services and treatment.

Pediatric Dental Centers ensures that:

Qualified individuals with disabilities receive equal access to services, programs, and activities provided by the dental office. Reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure equal access to individuals with disabilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Language assistance services are provided free of charge to individuals with limited English proficiency. Interpretation and translation services will be available to assist non-English speaking patients in understanding and communicating effectively with our dental staff.
