Dr. Romy Luna

Dr. Romy Luna is a dentist whose career has been shaped by a deep commitment to caring for children. She earned her dental degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2001 and went on to complete training in pediatric dentistry in the Dominican Republic.

She recently completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Luna is passionate about working with children and is dedicated to helping and serving them with love — an approach that shapes every appointment and helps young patients feel safe and cared for. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the South Florida Dental Association (SFDA), and the Florida Dental Association (FDA).

Outside the office, Dr. Luna is deeply involved in serving her community. On Friday evenings after work, she joins her church group to bring food, drinks, and clothing to people experiencing homelessness on the streets of Downtown Miami. On Saturdays, the same group visits residents at University Plaza and other nursing homes across Miami, spending time with older adults who have little or no family to visit them, and offering them conversation, companionship, and spiritual support.
