Biography

Dr. Vargas is a board certified pediatric dentist. She was raised in South Florida and graduated
from the University of Miami, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology
and Immunology and a minor in Chemistry. She then moved to New York City, where she
earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Columbia University College of Dental
Medicine. Dr. Vargas completed a two year pediatric dentistry residency at BronxCare Health
System, a hospital-based program in the Bronx, NY.

Dr. Vargas loves working with children of all ages and creating positive and fun experiences in
the dental office to help kids maintain beautiful and healthy smiles. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Her hospital affiliations in South Florida allow her to provide pediatric dental treatment under
general anesthesia in the hospital setting. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.
