Biography
Dr Galvan, with her empathy and love for the profession, seeks to form a positive relationship with her patients. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and fostering lifelong oral health habits among children with a focus on preventive measures and patient education.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Dr Galvan received her first dental degree from Universidad Iberoamericana UNIBE and served the community for years. After moving to the United States, she completed two years at the University of Puerto Rico, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, and soon after, she remained in Puerto Rico to complete her Postdoctoral Education in Pediatric Dentistry.
During her residency, she received extensive training in hospital dentistry, oral conscious sedation, special needs patients, and laser procedures.
She holds hospital privileges at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She is committed to providing the best dental care through communication and high-quality service to children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
