Biography

El Dr. Murillo nació y creció en Cali, Colombia. Estudió Odontología en la Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá. En 2005, convalidó sus estudios de posgrado en Odontología con Especialización en Cirugía Dental (D.D.S.) en la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad de Florida. Tras graduarse, completó una residencia de un año en Odontología General (GPR) en el Hospital Saint Clare's de Schenectady, Nueva York. Posteriormente, completó una residencia de dos años en Ortodoncia en la Facultad de Ortodoncia de la Universidad de Jacksonville, donde obtuvo un Certificado de Estudios Avanzados de Posgrado en Ortodoncia (C.A.G.S.).

Dr. Murillo obtained an award from the American Association of Orthodonticsfor his interest in the growth and development of the craneo-facial complex and also received a prize for his research thesis during his orthodontic training. Dr. Murillo is an active member of the American association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association. He has taken numerous hours of continuing education in orthodontics and passing the phase I examination for board certification.

Dr. Murillo clinical skills have been honed over time giving his patients healthy and beautiful teeth enhancing facial harmony and giving attractive natural smiles. Dr. Murillo is a family man.
